Sarah Slean -- the Baroness herself -- will be co-hosting the middle hour of the program with Bob! Amazing, right? A dedicated runner, Sarah's passionate about pounding the pavement and staying healthy. Tune in to hear Bob and Sarah chat about health, how she's been inspired by her running regime, and her advice for Bob now that he's decided to start training! We'll also be taking suggestions from you about what songs to exercise to... so send them in!
